Constantly stretching tight muscles likely will not help to make long term change when it comes to decreasing tightness, it will likely come right back. Instead of stretching for arthritis, one of the best things you can do is movement! Movement is crucial for arthritis relief and loosening tight muscles. It can be more beneficial than stretching. When we get our muscles and joints strong, muscles usually don't have to be tight!
