I imported it from Italy, along with an Olivetti HD662/12 (Which wound up having a broken rotary band). Sorry about the terrible quality of the logo, I had to crop it out of my own photo, since there is basically no record of this company online. It seems to work, and makes a very strange sound as it does. I am almost certain it has on disk feedback of some type, but I have no way of proving this. One label on the drive lid reads "XM3220/2," which matches with an Olivetti part number, so there is a strong possibility that this is a rebadged Olivetti mechanism. Again, there is no good way for me to prove this, however, because of the scarcity of Olivetti drives. Outwardly, one might expect this to be a rotary voice coil unit, but is most definitely has a stepper motor underneath. Happy to have this one in my collection, but I certainly don't recommend picking one up for actual use, especially not for the price I paid and how long I had to wait. This is a collection piece.
