Join me for a 15 Minute Standing Pilates full body workout with weights created to increase strength in your whole body. This is an Intermediate level workout for all ages. This routine starts with warm up movements, then progressively gets more challenging, so stick with it to the end! It'll raise the heart rate, challenge your balance and coordination and build real strength and muscle tone in your body.
