#확대수술 #관리법 #비뇨기과 안녕하세요 저희 병원에서 확대 수술하신 환자분들의 관리방법 이해를 돕고자 제작한 영상입니다 후관리팀 연락처 : 010-5762-5660 수술 후 생길 수 있는 증상 1. 소변이 일시적으로 퍼져 나오거나 갈라질 수 있으며 소변을 본 이후에도 잔뇨감이 있을 수 있습니다. 2. 수술 후 1주일 정도는 봉합 부위에서 미세 출혈이나 약물이 새어 나올 수 있습니다. (출혈량이 많거나 봉합 부위에 벌어짐이 보이는 경우엔 후관리팀으로 연락해주세요,) 3. 통상적으로 수술 후 4주간 발기시 통증이 발생할 수 있으며 4주 이후 발기시 통증이 사라지는 시기부터 성관계가 가능합니다. 4. 수술 후 초기에는 부기나 멍이 생길 수 있으며 피부 표피가 짓무르거나 벗겨지는 경우 딱지가 형성되는 경우가 있을 수 있고 시간이 지나면 대부분 호전이 되는 증상이나 후관리팀으로 사진 찍어 보내주시면 치료에 대해 안내받으실 수 있습니다. 수술 후 주의사항 1. 음경을 감싼 거즈에 소변이 묻지 않도록 조심하시고 수술 후 1주일 정도는 소변을 앉아서 보시는 것을 권장합니다. ( 소변에 붕대가 젖을 시 즉시 교체를 권장 드립니다. ) 2. 샤워는 더마본드를 사용한 경우 수술 후 2일째부터 가능하고 , 일반 봉합사로 봉합한 경우 수술 2주 후 봉합사 제거 한 다음 샤워가 가능합니다. 3. 수술 후 1개월 동안 음주 / 사우나 / 무리한 운동 / 성관계는 피해주세요 5S AFTERCARE DIY AT HOME • Clean your hands, remove all sterile gauze, sanitize to the surgical area and dry it thoroughly. (If you used a derma bond (no circumcision), you don't need to sanitize it. Just attach the super pore tape) • Pick up the gauze and fold the gauze twice. And stretch it afterwards. Use 2-3 gauze depending on your penile length. • Wrap the gauze from the right below the glans to the bottom of the girth (root), and add some pressure (not too tightly) to the end of the penile. • Cut the net which should be twice the length of the penile on flaccid state, then stretch the net down to the end of the penile and cover the rest of it (Inside out). • The glans head area is weak and easier to get wounds. Therefore, attach the half cutted bandage to the bottom glans area. • Sanitize the penile every day as much as possible, and make sure to sanitize the penile when it is contaminated with urine, blood, or water. • Sanitization is required to be done for two weeks straight, removed suture after two weeks (if you proceeded with the circumcision), and the penile should be covered with gauze for another two weeks to hold the dermis due to prevention of swelling. Therefore, total of 4 weeks of aftercare should be done. • It is recommended to keep a penile in the (upper / downwards / left / right) position after completing the aftercare. Symptoms That May Occur After The 5S Surgery • Urine may temporarily spread or split, and there may be residual urination after you urinate. • About a week after the surgery, micro-bleeding (Hemorrhage) may leak out of the suture. • Erection pain may occur for about one month of duration after the surgery, and it is usually possible to have sexual intercourse after the pain diminishes. • Swelling or bruise may occur right after the surgery. Sometimes the skin's epidermis can be peeled off. Minor bleeding can be cured with scabs overtime. However, most of this issue gets resolved over the healing period. • Erectile strength loss and unbalanced shape can occur temporarily, but it will recover naturally as engraftment progresses. • The timing at which the dermal tissue is fully implanted can depend on the person, and it takes usually six to twelve months. • Pain may develop for up to three months after the surgery, and most of the cases will be cured without requiring any special treatments. Precautions After The 5S Surgery • Be cautious with urination on the gauze that covers the penile, and it is recommended to sit and urinate about a week after the surgery. • You are able to take a shower the very next day after the surgery (only if you have dermal bond (Incision on pubic bone area)). If you’ve proceeded with normal suture (circumcision), then you should take shower after removing the stitches. • It is recommended to reduce any movement of the penile during your daily routine for about two weeks. And it is recommended to wear tight underwear to hold the position properly. • Avoid drinking / sauna (spa) / exercise / sexual intercourse for 1 month period. • In order to prevent swelling and deformities, aftercare should be followed for 1 month. • Sufficient sleep and proper biorhythm are required for quicker recovery after the surgery. • The penile skin is very sensitive and weak after the surgery, so intense stimulation such as masturbation should be avoided. • We recommend patients to reduce smoking and drinking alcohol for 2 weeks after the surgery. • If you have any further questions after the surgery, please contact to our international team. +82-10-9725-4513
