Achieving more balance between the internal and external energies supports living your best life and allows you to more easily manifest your intentions. BIOS: Jeannie Diaz – Hostess of Las Comadres Kitchen, is a 200-hour Yoga & Meditation teacher based in New York City. Julie Anna Alvarez is the Founder and Chief Harmony Officer of “A Life in Harmony x HCS” which references her prior business which was named Happy Chi Solutions. She teaches people to harness energy solutions drawn from her Feng Shui expertise, Vision Board mastery, clutter-clearing know-how, proficiency in leading meditations, and ability to transfer positive, healing energy virtually as a certified Level 1 & Level 2 Reiki practitioner (she received training from our very own Comadre Zayda Rivera who was featured in our last Mind, Body, Spirit episode). A graduate of the internationally acclaimed Feng Shui training program “The Accelerated Path” she also studied with noted figures in the world of Feng Shui, Space Clearing, Clutter Clearing, Healthy Homes and Intuition Development. She is also a Certified “Infinite Possibilities” Trainer based on the work of Mike Dooley. She incorporates a lifetime of using affirmations as well as the Law of Attraction. Meditation (including chakra meditations and EFT/Tapping meditations) into her work to complement her energy work.
