In this 9th episode of Tennis Masterclass, we talk about how to prepare mentally for a tennis match. There are two key moments that can help you become a mentally more efficient player - before the match (the preparation) and during the match (in between points and during the changeover). One of the key things we need to pay attention to is our self-talk during matches and the body language we exhibit, and  the twoare directly corelated.
