The plot area is 4200 SqFt and the house is about 7500 SqFt. In this project we have used grey and wooden shade combination in most of the parts of the house. On the North facade of the house we have designed a Granite jali which has been made by pasting small pieces of granite material left on the site during the construction work. This granite jali gives a surreal look during the daytime and also in the evening time. Ground floor has the parking area, formal living room, and the residential office. Key thing in the Office is its cabin table and backwall. It has been made with the Godra bricks of yellow shade. First floor has the double height living room, kitchen & dining, Pooja room, Parents Master Bedroom and Guest room. TV unit in the living room is designed to be a rotating unit so that it can be viewed from kitchen/dining area and living room. Second floor has 2 master bedrooms and a family seating room.
