I know we're living in scary and uncertain times right now, so I thought I would publish a light hearted video that can hopefully get your mind off of things for a little while. A lot of people have requested my "normal" content, and in no way do I mean to downplay what's currently happening, but since we're all already bombarded by the news as it is, I figured this might be a nice little respite. This was my experience eating in what many would call the best restaurant in the world, Osteria Francescana, owned and run by chef Massimo Bottura. Through a lucky series of events, I had the opportunity to take a little trip to the Italian town of Modena where the restaurant is located.
