Those who were Big Bang fans long enough to know me as that 15 year old crazy girl who keep giving Bong's clothing names, will probably remember Sam, Bong's first of many furry animals =) Looking back, crazy memories bro.... this was when they just gained popularity through "Lies", and in order to maintain their status, they had to continously releasing new stuff and also went on many shows while preparing for their 2008 THE GREAT concert and MANY year-end shows which requires lots of practice and planning. It was tiring and ridiculous to a point that all 5 of them has to be admitted to the hospital, Bong suffered depression because he didn't know why they have to be THIS busy. It was heartbreaking at the time for me, I broke down when Baby injured his ankle, it was getting so bad that YG had to clear off everything that January and Febuary so they can have some rest. They came back after a 6 months hiatus (not really, because they were promoting "FOR THE WORLD" and "WITH U" in Japan) with "Haru Haru" and that was it, it was set, Big Bang's position in the music industry is solid. After that, they were able to go on releasing their music without all the busy schedules and shorter promotional period, many fans find it disappointing that Big Bang never go on variety shows like other idols or only promote for a month or so, while you have no idea how glad I am of the fact that they won't have to drain themselves again. So those who say that Big Bang and 2NE1 thinks that they're better than other "idols" because they're not doing the same thing the other idols are doing, just know that it's because YG is more like a father figure to them than a CEO, he cares deeply for his kids.
