This is a reaction video of Dan Vasc singing "An American Trilogy". The song was written by Mickey Newbury in 1972 and made famous by Elvis Presley. Dan recorded the song in honor of his deceased father who loved Elvis and his version of the song. What I appreciate about Dan's cover is he keeps it very respectful. The instrumentation is not over the top and keeps close to each of the 3 songs melodies that make up "Trilogy". Dan's vocals are perfect for this song which makes the song very moving.
