Day 8 we are turning up the tempo to turn up the intensity. Great way to challenge your mind and body when we turn that tempo up. Make sure you go at a pace you feel comfortable with and if you get confused or lost just go back to your basic bounce. We are going to finish the workout with Pilates core moves on the trampoline to bring awareness to your midsection.
