They first have to bend a front leg and then start to transfer their weight backwards and downwards. I explain the process from beginning to end. It’s important that the horse finds trick training fun and therefore it should not be done more than once or twice and preferably at the end of a session so that the horse can be rewarded by going back to his stall or pasture directly afterwards.
