Although Noof Khonj the Bahraini Innovation expert discovered early in her life that mimicking how frogs jump was not enough to make her beat her brother in a jumping game they used to play when they were young, she still thinks that mimicking nature is an essential exercise in the innovation process. Noof argues that nature has always provided answers and solutions for human’s problems and challenges. She strongly believes that by carefully looking at nature and the collaboration that occurs among its species humans could find valuable insights on how to invent and innovate. Noof Khonji is the founder of ThinkFarm a boutique innovation consultancy based in Bahrain. She has a background that combines business thinking with design insight and communication. With more than 10 years’ experience Noof’s expertise lies in being a change agent across brands and organizations paving the way for the organic growth of a company. She currently works with various start-ups and businesses across the region to develop their own brand, innovation strategy and organization to create sustainability in an ever-evolving market.
