The benefits of being a pathfinder comes with the training of what the kids get to do. The saying of give a man a fish and he eats today yet when you teach a man to fish and he can eat for a lifetime is true for Pathfinders. I know you may not eat fish. You are missing the point. Our job as a pathfinder director, staff or TLT is to train the new church officers who will replace us when they get older. They are the ones who will continue this stuff for our next generation.
