Welcome to Multi Projects, In this video I'm going to restore angle grinder, Found from scrap. Grinder was in very bad condition. Metal part was dead locked with rust. Plastic parts are fade. Disassemble completely and remove rust by using rust removing chemicals and thin wire brush. Some metal part grinder, file and buff to restore their original condition. After that pass through hot bluing process to protect from rust and for batter look. the armature of grinder was short circuit,  Armature rewind with same gauge copper wire, with same number of turns. Plastic parts were restored by washing,sanding and buff polishing. Power switch button, handle and safety cover are newly installed. The power button knobs are custom made with PVC pipe. The restoration of this Makita angle grinder is great, and working properly,  Grinder is converted into original condition, this is perfect restoration.
