To avoid being taxed 24%, and potentially being double taxed, YouTube creators and AdSense users need to complete the US Tax Information section of AdSense. This is regardless of whether you are a US citizen or not. I am a UK citizen, though the process for completion will be very similar for any other non-US country citizen.
