Implicit Learning (Dramatized) Example

The strongest reason for promoting self-organization and implicit learning in your practice environment is that the skills will be more durable under pressure. Meaning that the learner (athlete) will thrive under pressure, rather than try to rely on explicit technical keys learned in practice. Focusing on explicit technical keys during high-stakes games is distracting and takes away from more useful trains of thought.
