Peter van Dommele Sociologist, adviser and horse coach. Peter was licensed as a sociologist at the University of Utrecht, the Netherlands. Since 2002 he is responsible of BetterBeYourself in Spain, the investigation department of the consultancy firm &Samhoud. He combines his work as adviser and horse coach in a unique methodology to realize real change in the functioning of teams and their leaders. About TEDx, x = independently organized event: In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. At a TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. These local, self-organized events are branded TEDx, where x = independently organized TED event.
