The Line Consists of entry turn table which directs the bottles towards which goes towards the Airjet Cleaner where the bottles get cleansed with the help of air purging then the bottles are directed towards the Counting Machine where the bottles are filled with product at the set count directed by the system, once the bottle are filled it is diverted towards Silica Gel Inserter Machine which dispenses the pouches in the bottles once the silica pouches is been dispensed the bottle is directed towards the Rayon/ Cotton Inserter Machine which inserts the rayon/ cotton in the bottle, later the bottles are diverted towards the Capping Station where the bottle is capped at required torque, as the process is completed the bottle is transferred to Induction Sealer Machine that get the bottle sealed with the foil on the cap of the bottle to bottle once it done the bottle goes towards the 2D Printing Station where the it get the code printed below the bottle with the help of inkjet printing, as the process is done the bottle goes towards the lablelling station where it get labelled & then directs towards the exit turn table as a final product to get sold at the market.
