For almost all of 2020 I have been experimenting and building an electronic drum set conversion kit from a Tama Club-JAM flyer. It first started out with an Alesis Nitro module, then to a Roland TD-5 module, then a Roland TD-8, and now a Roland TD-17. The TD-17 though pricey, is not as expensive as the other flagship Roland modules, and its sound quality rivals the TD-50 and TD-27. It can also be used as a two channel audio interface that is compatible with ASIO4ALL! This is my first video with this module and I'm still fine tuning the triggers, but overall I think it is sounding and playing great!
