We're excited to share our first open house that Timmy and family kindly invited us to for the First Syawal after Ramadan, a very special occasion as traditionally it's usually only reserved for family but we were fortunate enough to be welcomed to into their lovely home for it. The food was incredible, the homecooked food is some of the best we had in Malaysia from kuah lodeh, kuah kacang to even a snippet of the rendang. Plenty of longtong, nasi impit and kuih raya! They are a family not only blessed by kindness and good looks, but amazing cooking. Even some Tapai sprinkled in there! We are so grateful to them, we felt like we had known them for years despite only meeting that day.
