APM’s recent Golden Thread research into the Healthcare sector showed that projects in these areas contribute £17.5 billion to the UK economy annually and generate 223,800 full-time equivalent workers. Competition for skilled staff is strong, particularly in pharmaceuticals as many project management roles demand staff with knowledge of process or medicinal chemistry as well as project management skills. This webinar focused on the Pharmaceutical and the Life Science sector, where we explored the skills, knowledge and competencies a project professional in this sector needs to be successful.
