okay so i know this is technically my 2nd video of the new year but happy new year fam!! honestly this might be the first and last weekly vlog because i had to sort thru way too much footage and this thing is STILL 20 mins long lmao. but AY we're out here doin it. ok i know - the audacity of me to upload a 19min vlog. but shit. watch it when ur bored. There's a lot happening. here's the workout routine I promised - I'll give this it's own video one day when my balls drop enough to film in the gym lmao. Day 1: Chest • Incline dumbbell • Flat dumbbell press • Incline flies • Flat flies • Pullovers • Cable flies • Dips • Regular bench press • Finish with Abs Day 2: Back/shoulders • Shoulder press • Lateral raises • Row machine • Front raises • Pull ups/downs • Straight arm pulls downs • Finish with Abs Day 3: Arms • Bicep curls, sitting • Hammer curls, standing • Barbell curls • Cable Triceps extensions • Finish with Abs Ab workouts I switch between: • Sit ups, on ball, 30 seconds on/off for 5 mins • Ball raises, legs over had holding bar, if possible lol same as above • Cable twists • Hanging leg raises • Holding 35lb weight, sit-ups, laying 45 degrees OKAY - it looks like more than it is. I recommend going to the gym at least 3-4x a week. But i mean. Depends on how I'm feeling lol. OKAY hope yall enjoy the vid. see ya next week for more stupidity.
