The building spans 15,000-square-feet over four floors in Soho and was once home to the Tommy Hilfiger flagship store. “Man, one day, that’ll be the coolest office!” a younger Serhant once said. It comes complete with a “deal wall” full of brokers’ signatures, an art piece made out of clients’ checks, a collage of Serhant’s ‘90s movie tickets and framed company goals. The 39-year-old admitted to being a “Millennial paper guy, sadly.” The silver-haired salesman extraordinaire is also the author of “Brand It Like Serhant” and the man behind an upcoming Netflix series that follows his business and agents in New York City. “You’ll see all this soon!” he teased.
