Double Batchim (받침) are special combinations of final consonants that appear in some Korean words. Because they are usually taught to learners of Korean after the rest of the Hangul alphabet, almost as an afterthought, they often cause confusion. In this video I'm going to run through the 11 different combinations of double batchim that exist in Korean and explain the rules for how to pronounce them.
