How To Carpet a Custom SubWoofer Box for Beginners

I have finally built my custom subwoofer enclosure. It will be fully functional to use it like it is but it sure doesn't look very good. There are many ways you could cover your subwoofer enclosure like simply painting it or using a truck bed liner for a really rugged look. I prefer to use speaker enclosure carpet because it gives you a nice professional look and like it belongs in your trunk. Carpeting your box can be a bit intimidating at first but I found this method of carpeting to not be that hard to do. You will have few seams on the sides and bottoms but will be hardly noticeable when done right. There are more advanced ways to carpet an enclosure that hides the seams better but does require the box to be built in a certain way. I just found this to be the simplest way and still looks great!
