Full recipe: • Boil 3 cups broth Add: • 1 lb spinach • 3 bell peppers, chopped • 1 lb cassava leaves • 6 green onions, chopped • 2 eggplants, cubed • Cover the above and boil on low until tender To finish add: • 3 Tbsp peanut butter • 3 Tbsp oil • Salt to taste Simmer uncovered for 10 minutes until mixture thickens.
