Severn made the claim in an earlier interview that he was serisouly considering it in the 1999 Rumble and going to WCW afterwards. Blackman says he himself wouldn't have backed down to Dan and neither would Ken Shamrock or even the Undertaker, however it could have been done if Severn entered later on with a different set of wrestlers.
