Limoncello is one of the most refreshing summer drinks for warm days. It's easy to make at home with this authentic, Italian recipe, to make Limoncello Rind of 3 lemons (avoid as much of the white skin as possible) 8 oz everclear (120, 151 or 191 proof) 8 oz water 5/8 cup sugar Take the rind of 3 lemons and put in a clean mason jar Pour 8 oz of everclear over top and let steep in the fridge for 3 to 5 days After the steeping time has passed, strain the alcohol lemon mixture into another mason jar, reserving the rinds. Heat a pan over medium heat and add 8 oz of water and sugar. Dissolve sugar.
