It is based around an ALICIA frame, utilizing Omer parts, including Omer's ER-O700 Laser Bazooka a Rayleonard 04-MARVE Large Calibre Assault Rifle, an Omer-made PM-O901 Quadruple Vertical PM Missile Launcher, and an Akvavit-built TRESOR Lightweight Plasma Cannon. Its heavy Rayleonard S08-MAXWELL generator ensures he has enough energy to power both the AALIYAH core and arm parts and the plasma cannon's massive energy drain.
