When you found Skippy, there are different choices that leads to different outcomes. You can set it to Stone Cold Killer mode at the beginning which end up by locking up later on puppy mode after 50 kills. If you do the opposite (initiate puppy mode), after 50 kills it set permanently on stone cold killer. Skippy asks you to return it to its owner. you can accept and take it to Regina, or refuse and Keep it permanently. OFC in this last case Skippy wont be happy at all. I have included all the choices, dialogues and outcomes for Skippy with Male and Female V to compare their both reactions.
