Good evening, In this session I'll be guiding you through a few simple meditation exercises to help sooth your anxiety and stress, as well as help you get into a more sleepy state so you more easily drift off to sleep. We'll be doing a few breathing exercises with the sound of the Tibetan bowl, then we'll be doing a short body scan and lastly we'll do a gratitude pratice at the sound of some ethereal chimes, to promote positivity and overall keep you more grounded and present.
