Jin is one of the best characters from Yu Yu Hakusho, and this has yet to really be done; so here's a complete list of everything he says in the English dub. ENJOY ALL YOU JIN FANS! Some other characters' dialogue is also kept for the sake of context and such, I hope it doesn't bother anyone. Subtitles for the comprehension of the viewers. If there are any discrepancies let me know. And if you still don't know what he means, just ask I'll translate. :) You know, I always thought that they gave Jin the funky accent because they didn't want to have people thinkin' that they were recycling the same voice actors (Jerry Jewel also played Suzaku in the previous season). But as it turns out, in the Japanese version he was speaking in a dialect that is generally difficult to understand (Kansai I think). So they came up with the English Equivalent (Irish Apparently) for the Dub. :) Cool. Also you might notice that he says his ears are only pointy when he's happy or excited, and that's the truth! It's consistent in the video and not an animation fluke.
