Vocal Cord Exercise

Sometimes due to over speaking we feel stress on our Vocal Cords, some sort of pain also. I also suffered with this challenge of "Laryngitis.. In laryngitis, there is hoarseness, pain, cough and difficulty speaking." I could not speak for 4 months and consulted lots of ENT Doctors. I came to know that Mental Stress was also responsible for this Physical problem. Then I found a Mind Program which helped me a lot in removing my Stress and healing me Mentally. You can watch the content of Mental Gyming through this link https://www.sunilsukhija.com/dsp-mast... I did some speech exercises also under the guidance of a Speech Therapist. Combination of both Mental and Physical exercises produced miraculous results and today I am 100% recovered. I am sharing here some basic speech exercises which helped me a lot. Disclaimer:- Please consult your Doctor before applying these exercises and if you can find some professional Speech Therapist then do these exercises under their guidance. #throat #laryngitis #vocalcords #paininthroat # painwhilespeaking #vocalcordsstress #speechtherapy #speech #overspeaking #throatpain #voice #sunilsukhija Steps For Speech Therapy: (2.05) You have to pronounce three words "आ - AA" " ई - EE" "ऊ - OO" (2.14) First do some Warm Up Exercise of Vocal Cords: Inhale from Nose, touch your chin with chest, open your mouth and let the air automatically come out of mouth slowly, don't say any word.
