While in Farina IL waiting for the 2024 Eclipse, we had a few trains to watch on the CN Champaign Subdivision. The approaching southbound stack train reported a rider on the train and came to a stop to wait for the police to come and help locate the rider. After a long search the dispatcher gave them permission to continue south. There was a Maintainer in the area who came to pick up the conductor who left the train to look for the rider, on their way back to the headend the located the rider. By then the police where there and found the rider. The Maintainer gave the conductor to the lead engine and the train continued on their way to head to a siding to allow the Amtrak SALUKI 390 to pass by as they were waiting for the stack train to clear.
