Bride Rides Horse to Ceremony | Colorado Wedding | Sonder Films

Garret & Jesu got married in Eastern Colorado in late June. The day of the wedding we woke up to 30 mph wind and hoped for it to calm down as we got closer to the ceremony. After a few hours, we realized it wasn't going anywhere so now there were decision to be made about whether or not to keep the ceremony outdoors. The bride had planned to ride her horse to the ceremony location. It wasn't just any horse though. It had been her horse in high school and after leaving for college, her dad had sold it. Years later as his daughter was now approaching her wedding day, he found the horse and bought it back for her as a wedding gift! We all realized what a special moment this was for her and her dad, so we continued with the outdoor ceremony! There were so many memorable moments from this wedding and Garret & Jesu were so kind and caring the whole time! I always love when my couples become friends!
