I'm back with an update on Fort Myers Beach! Here's what it looked like TODAY Monday March 25th 2024 along San Carlos Blvd, Times Square, and the Pier. It was noticeably busier than when I filmed in December. Wahoo Willy's is open now, the turf area next door looks shaded and nice. Boats are out and so are the people! I parked in the Lynn Hall lot and there were plenty of spots. By 930 however it was nearly full. Paid parking is back, no more free spots, and the beach was busy. I'm starting to forget how Times Square used to look, which is really sad. Margaritaville is open now and the pool is right on the beach. So much change is coming to FMB and while that's hard to see sometimes at least it's better than ruined buildings or empty lots. I'm excited to see what the future holds for this area.
