This video has everything you need to create a mouth-watering masterpiece in your own kitchen. 💖 Subscribe now for new weekly videos 🔔 If you're already subscribed, click the bell so you don't miss new posts 👍 Rate the video or leave a comment or an emoji and share with your friends 😊 Thanks for your support INGREDIENTS Ingredients (for 1 loaf of French or white bread) • 1 loaf French or white bread • 3 tbsp olive oil or melted butter • 2 cups shredded cheese (mozzarella or your favorite cheese) • 1 cup passata (tomato sauce) • 1 tsp dried oregano • 3 garlic cloves, minced • 100g (3.5 oz) salami, sliced • 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced • Salt, to taste • Pepper, to taste • Chili flakes, to taste (optional) • Fresh basil, for garnish INSTRUCTIONS 1. Prepare the Bread: Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F). Cut the loaf of French or white bread in half lengthwise. 2. Garlic Butter/Oil Mixture: In a small bowl, mix 3 tbsp olive oil or melted butter with 3 minced garlic cloves. 3. Toast the Bread: Coat the cut sides of the bread with the garlic butter/oil mixture. Place the bread on a baking sheet, cut side up. Bake in the preheated oven for 5-10 minutes, or until the bread is lightly toasted. 4.Prepare the Sauce: In a bowl, mix 1 cup passata with 1 tsp dried oregano, minced garlic (leftover from the garlic butter/oil mixture), salt, and pepper to taste. 5. Assemble the Bread Pizzas: Remove the toasted bread from the oven. Spread the sauce mixture evenly over the toasted sides of the bread. Add your desired toppings: 100g (3.5 oz) sliced salami, 1/2 thinly sliced red onion, and any other toppings you prefer. Sprinkle generously with 2 cups of shredded cheese. 6. Bake the Bread Pizzas: Return the assembled bread pizzas to the oven. Bake for an additional 10-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the toppings are heated through. 7. Garnish: Remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Garnish with a sprinkle of salt, pepper, chili flakes (if using), and fresh basil leaves. 8.
