Restaurant Barr in Copenhagen is the second sibling restaurant of Noma – the renowned flagship of René Redzepi. A place to drink a wide selection of beer and eat modern versions of traditional dishes from Northern-European countries – in particular, Scandinavia, the British Isles, and the Benelux countries. On the menu this day were signature dishes of chef Thorsten Schmidt like frikadeller (Danish meatballs), schnitzel (breaded and fried pork, a dish originating in Austria), and Belgian waffles with sour cream and lumpfish roe.
