Ribble CGR AL First Ride | New Bike Day in the Spring Sunshine

Welcome to another Nige's Cycling Vlog episodes. It's New bike and first ride on my new Ribble CGR AL . The first ride on any new bike is always a special one but this day Good Friday was super special, the spring sunshine made it almost feel like summer. I was way overdressed for the conditions in my DHB bib tights and DHB soft shell jacket! The bike itself proved a joy to ride, its sub-compact 46/30 Shimano 2x10 speed GRX chainset and 11/34 cassette helping to iron out of any hills. Marketed as a Cross, Gravel or Road bike (CGR) and more than happy doing all three. In purchasing I opted for 32 mm Gaitor Skin road tyres instead of the the 40 mm knobblies it was advertised with. I have options already to swap out wheels and tyres should I need to.
