Contents of the Balfour Declaration: -The letter expressed England's interest in establishing a national homeland for Jewish people in Palestine. -The document was intentionally ambiguous, using the phrase "views with favor" instead of explicit legal language. -Acknowledged the rights of the non-Jewish population in Palestine.
