2020 Ford Puma ST-Line X Review | Is It The EcoSport All Over Again??? Two years ago I tested the new Ford EcoSport, a small SUV based on the Fiesta, and to be honest, I was disappointed by it. Roll the clock to the present day, and Ford has released the new Puma, a small SUV based on...the...fiesta....for f*ck's sake Ford, not again. The question is, is the new Puma able to make up for the shortcomings of the EcoSport, and can it even challenge to be the best car in it class? I explore those areas in this video in which I put the Puma ST-Line through its paces. This in-depth review will go through how it drives, how practical and whether it's worth your money. The model tested in this video is the sporty ST-Line, which offers more aggressive looks, bigger alloys, and ride height that has been dropped on sports suspension. It's powered by a turbocharged 1.0 litre three cylinder engine that makes use of a mild hybrid system that offers 155hp and 240Nm of torque. This power is mated to the front wheels via a 6-speed manual and the Puma is able to hit 62mph in under 9 seconds, although an ST variant is coming for those of you that want more performance.
