In this video we talk about the correct way to grip your blades in sculling to facilitate better control and avoid injury. If you can do this right this makes the rest of the rowing stroke infinitely easier to perform. It all starts from the grip. Try practising at home with a broom handle or similar resting on a chair, table or other surface! Keep it in the fingers, stay relaxed, keep a flat wrist! Good luck!
