I was playing around with the effects and delays on my Soundcraft mixing desk, so I decided to make a short video showcasing some of them. Well that short video became a 10 minute long video! I hope you find it useful... I use an AudioThingies MicroMonsta to test out the delay and reverb effects on the Soundcraft Signature MTK 12. In this video I talk through how I've configured the channels on the Soundcraft to route audio from the MicroMonsta to the FX processor in the desk. The Signature MTK 12 is both a mixer and an audio interface. It provides all 12 input channels over USB into your DAW, and it offers channel 13/14 as an additional stereo output which is the final mix off the desk. So you have a choice of mixing each individual instrument in your DAW, or doing a live mix on the desk itself. Nice!
