Why some people won't live in Plainfield, Indiana... if it were up to them. Of course, it usually is! Plainfield, Indiana is located just outside of Indianapolis on the southwest side. It's extremely close to the Indianapolis International Airport and "Super" I-70. It's location is fantastic if you work in downtown Indianapolis but don't want to live within the city. Plainfield's location is also incredible if you work in or around the airport. But, Plainfield isn't exactly run over with people. I'm a huge fan of the city for so many reasons and others are too but they don't choose to live there.
