BAYE BAYE is an Ilonggo delicacy basically made from ground pinipig combined with young coconut and its juice sweetened with brown sugar. In the absence of pinipig, you can use toasted malagkit rice as what I did in this recipe. How to make Baye Baye is so easy... by just combining all the ingredients and forming it into patties or on your own desired shapes, and that's it.
