Philippine Media Giant, ABS CBN Channel 2, The Official Philippine Network of Miss Universe 1994, staged and locally aired the 1994 Miss Universe Presentation Show. Held on May 15, 1994 at the Plenary Hall of the Philippine International Convention Center,(PICC) the event was hosted by Martin Nievera and Pops Fernadez, with Panjee Gonzales and Gretchen Baretto as Anchors. The Presentation Show is the second of the third Official Miss Universe 1994 Competition Event. It features the seventy-seven delegates competes on-stage in their Official Jantzen Swimsuits and Formal Wear of their own choosing to select the top ten semi-finalists that will compete on the Final International Telecast The select Panel of International Judges, the magnificent stage set-up and the much-loved "Mabuhay" Opening Song were introduced to the public for the very first time, to the delight and awe of millions of Pinoy Miss Universe fans.
