I use this routine if I have to perform a stunt on short notice, but also as my warmup before lifting weights, parkour, martial arts tricking, kicking, and performing fight choreography. This routine is perfect for when you don't have much time, and need to get your blood flowing and joints moving for a successful, safe workout. These Dynamic Stretches include movements from TaeKwonDo, Yoga, XMA, Shaolin Kung Fu, and MMA.
