Rye Bread from the Bread Machine

Rye Bread in the Bread Machine 1 cup rye flour 2 ¾ cups all purpose flour 1/3 cup brown sugar 1 ½ tsp salt 2 TBSPS butter 1 ½ Cups warm water 1 ½ tsp quick rise yeast In the pan of your bread machine add the warm water and brown sugar topping with the yeast. Now add the butter, the two flours and the salt. Put the pan in to your bread machine and set it on the dough cycle. Once the cycle is complete turn out the dough and form into a loaf. Put the loaf into a bread pan that has been thoroughly greased and set aside to double in size which should take from 30 to 44 minutes depending on the temperature of your home. Preheat your oven to 425 degrees and bake for 15 minutes and then turn the oven down to 400 degrees and bake a further 15 minutes.
