In today’s video, I’m making the Painkiller! Well, technically this is not a Painkiller (not looking for trouble here). The Painkiller name was trademarked by Pusser’s Rum, but I’m not using Pusser’s. Not saying it’s bad in the drink - just don’t like being told what to do. I’m a Rum Rebel (gonna trademark that). Pusser’s claims the original Painkiller was made with their rum. However, the drink appears to predate the rum company, and it’s all thanks to Daphne Henderson at the Soggy Dollar Bar. I’ll tell the contentious story of this tropical concoction, and show you how I make it! So one last time, just to be clear, this is not a Painkiller - but it does tastes like one. Cheers, everybody!
